I'm a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of experience and the founder of Health in Her Hands, where I help women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Health in Her Hands was founded 2 years ago with a simple premise: midlife women deserve more than a 15-minute visit and a "your labs are normal." They deserve time, real answers, and a plan built around their bodies.
I have now helped hundreds of women feel better and improve their long term health. I take the time to look at the whole picture: your hormones, thyroid, gut health, and metabolism. Then we build a plan that actually fits your body.
