This initial 90 minute consultation includes an in-depth health evaluation from a functional and integrative medicine perspective. This allows us time to really dig into your concerns and discuss your goals.

The initial consultation visit is $495.​ At the first visit we will review your labs in detail and you will be provided a customized health roadmap with a curated plan of care that includes high-quality holistic health solutions personalized to you. You can choose to use your insurance for labs or purchase a lab panel from my contracted lab.

 

This may include prescription medications and supplements, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and more! This plan will provide clear, actionable insights into optimizing your well-being, crafted to empower you on your health journey from midlife and beyond!

You will then have the opportunity to implement your plan of care by choosing a treatment package. Because true health transformation doesn't happen in one off visits, it happens with establishing a collaborative and long term relationship with your trusted provider. My tiered package offerings ensure you can choose the level of care that meets your health goals as well as your budget.
