Calm in the Chaos

A webinar on Peri/Menopause, Stress, and Self-Trust

Peri/Menopause can bring unexpected changes – mood swings, fatigue, anxiety, burnout, and a sense that your body is no longer responding the way it used to. This workshop is designed to help you understand why this is happening and what you can do to support your mental health, hormones, and nervous system during this transition.

We’ll start by breaking down the science of stress and hormones in a way that’s easy to understand, so you can better connect the dots between your symptoms and what’s happening internally.

Peri/menopause isn’t just physical. It’s deeply emotional and psychological, too.

This workshop also addresses the hidden layers of stress and mental health, including societal conditioning, shame, self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing patterns.

You’ll explore how your identity and beliefs may be shifting during this phase, and how to reframe perimenopause as a powerful rite of passage—one that can lead to greater self-awareness, liberation, and empowerment.

You’ll learn practical, supportive tools to help you:

  • Reconnect with your body and understand its signals

  • Build self-trust and set healthier boundaries

  • Practice presence, compassion, and acceptance

  • Support your nervous system through somatic (body-based) practices

  • Prioritize rest, pleasure, and play—including reclaiming aspects of sexuality and vitality

This workshop aims to bridge that gap by giving you both the science and the tools to navigate this stage with more clarity and confidence.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body, your mind, and how to support both—so you can move from feeling overwhelmed and dysregulated to grounded, informed, and empowered.
